It's struggling to find the right direction and needs assistance to make it to safety. OK, so that might be a little exaggerated but you get the point.


The majority of businesses I work with have a turnover of between £3M - £30M and accept that they need help to take them to the next stage of development. What I won't do is come in and tell you everything is great if I don't think it is. Likewise, it's unlikely that everything is broken so I see it as part of the hire to highlight the good and the not so good and show you the plan of what it could be like.
