Sales Experience
- Over 10 years of managing both National & International sales teams. We understand the challenges in shaping a sales team that is focussed on exceeding budget. We have experience of restructuring, hiring and training in a number of business verticals.
- Extensive experience in export sales working across Europe, Middle East, North Africa, United States & China. This included opening new distribution channels and growing sales in each country.
- Experience of the complexities for cross boarder sales including HS codes and dealing with international carriers, sea freight and air freight.
- Project lead on a number of projects to implement Business Intelligence software & CRM systems to unlock the potential sales from upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Experience of reviewing existing business sales structures and advise on recommendations to improve.
- Ability to design and or manage overall sales strategy including 1, 3 and 5 year growth strategy, budgets and forecasts.
